How We Deliver
Nairobi Orders: Delivered by our in-house delivery team. You pay for your product in cash or M-Pesa upon delivery, nothing upfront.
Countrywide Orders: Shipped via G4S courier. G4S calculates and collects the delivery fee directly from you based on the weight and destination. You pay us for the product via M-Pesa or bank transfer once your item arrives at your nearest G4S branch.
Delivery Times:
- Nairobi: same day delivery on orders placed before 5pm.
- Outside Nairobi – Next Day Delivery
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options depending on your location and how you shop:
Nairobi Delivery
- Cash on delivery — pay our rider when your order arrives
- M-Pesa Paybill — payment details shared at time of delivery
Countrywide Delivery (via G4S)
- M-Pesa — During collection, you will receive our M-Pesa Paybill details to complete payment before collecting your goods
