Eligible Returns

A return or exchange will ONLY be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

 

Inspection on Delivery (Important)

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect the product upon delivery

  • Report any issues immediately or within 48 hours

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If unavailable, a refund or alternative product will be offered

 

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method

    • Or alternative agreed method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer)

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
